Getting started with TRUST+ Home
Last updated: 2026-04-22
TRUST+ Home is a free app for homeowners. It gives you a place to view your service history, see the photos and videos your technician captured, and review and respond to quotes — all in one place.
Your service provider (the company that sends technicians to your home) uses TRUST+ to document their work. TRUST+ Home is how you see that documentation.
Step 1 — Download the app
Download TRUST+ Home from the App Store. iOS 17 or later is required.
Step 2 — Create your account
- Open the app and enter your email address or phone number.
- We’ll send a verification code to confirm it’s you.
- Enter the code to complete sign-in.
That’s it — there’s no password to set. Each time you sign in, you’ll receive a fresh verification code.
Step 3 — View your projects
Once you’re signed in, you’ll see any service projects linked to your account. Projects are matched to the email address or phone number your service provider has on file for you.
If you don’t see a project you were expecting:
- Make sure you’re using the same email or phone number your service provider used when they created the job.
- If there’s still a mismatch, contact the service company directly and ask them to confirm the contact details on your project.
Step 4 — Review a quote
When your service provider sends you a quote, you’ll receive a notification. You can also find quotes in the app under your project.
To respond to a quote:
- Open the quote from the notification or the project view.
- Read through the details — the service provider may have attached photos or a video summary.
- Tap Accept or Decline.
Once you accept, the service provider is notified and they can schedule the work.
Step 5 — View visit media
After a technician completes a visit, any photos and videos they captured are available in the app. Tap into a project and then a visit to see what was documented.
This record belongs to you — it’s a permanent reference for the work done at your home.
