Getting started with TRUST+ Pro

TRUST+ Pro is the technician app for field service professionals. You use it to document service visits, capture photos and videos, record action-cam footage, and sync everything back to your company automatically — even when you don’t have a cell signal.

Before you start

Your account is created by your company’s admin. You’ll receive an invitation email with a temporary password before you can sign in. If you haven’t received one, ask your manager.

Step 1 — Install the app

Download TRUST+ Pro from the App Store on your iPhone. iOS 17 or later is required.

Step 2 — Sign in

  1. Open the app.
  2. Enter the email address your company used to invite you.
  3. Enter your temporary password when prompted, then create a new one.
  4. Tap Sign in.

You’ll stay signed in on your device until you sign out manually or your session is refreshed by the app in the background.

Step 3 — Understand projects and visits

TRUST+ Pro organizes work around projects and visits:

When you open a project, you’ll see the current visit for today. Tap into it to start capturing media.

Step 4 — Capture photos and videos

Inside a visit, you can:

Media is saved locally on your device first. This means you can keep working even without a connection.

Step 5 — Sync your work

TRUST+ Pro syncs in the background whenever you have a connection. You can also trigger a manual sync. Once synced, your media and notes are available to your managers in the Partner Console.

If you’re in an area with no signal, don’t worry — everything is saved on your device and will upload as soon as you’re back online.

Step 6 — Complete a visit

When the work is done, mark the visit as completed. See Completing a service visit for the full walkthrough.
